Pink Wednesday

Hey there....Its Pink Wednesday, and hey guess what, I actually have a pink Mani to show you!

I used Sinful Colors Cream Pink, which is NEON! Seriously bright! And then wanted to do something on top of it, because it was extremely bright...I used Wet N'Wild Hannah Pinktana, and then dotted it with Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear Blue it.

Back to packing...Sort of...I hate packing.

gack....

Do you remember the stuff Nickelodeon called gak or gack? the really gooey playdoh, slime stuff? That is what I feel like right now. Like I am being squeezed by the house into the other house and vise versa...

This is our last week in this house....the one where Parker spent his first 3 almost 4 years of his life....The one where Hunter was born and learned to scoot, crawl, pull up, clap, high five...patacake...sit up....

The House where Riley and Emma started school...Where Riley, Emma, and Parker learned to ride bikes...

The house where we met Jennifer and Red...the best neighbors EVER!

The first house I painted....well sort of, it is still unfinished, lol...

So many memories where made here, I know there will be many more memories made where we will be moving too as well....but it is still hard.

Life.....ups and downs, forwards and backwards, left and right.....

It goes on....

See you all from the new house....sometime this weekend....or if I have time maybe a short post sometime this week, but I majorly have a ton of stuff to pack and clean and toss.....if you stick your head through your computer and out of mine, you'd vomit.....my house is a pig pen!

See Ya Soon!

Hunter is getting so big so fast....

Hunter seems to be hitting milestone after milestone recently. Scooting, learning to crawl, eating more foods....Now he's pulling up and standing on the lower furniture. I feel like he is growing up too fast.
Here are a few shots of him. He is 9 months old today! 9 months ago today I had him after carrying him inside of me for 9 months, He wasn't planned but man, if I had to picture life without him....well, that just isn't an option. Mommy Loves you Hunter, always and always!

first learning to pull up and stand.

I kept getting him with his eyes closed.

Mmmmm.

savoring that cheese puff!

begging for food!

He is growing up too too fast!

Cake Pops anyone?

Remember my post a few days ago? Well I said I would give you the recipe for it. Here it is.
Make a cake, any flavor. I chose Red Velvet. take it out of the oven, let it cool for about 30-45 minutes, or until you think you can handle it without burning yourself.

Crumble the cake into a bowl, making sure there are no large pieces....I trimmed off the edges of the cake before 'crumbing' it. Add in about half a can of frosting, or the equivalent if you make your own, about 1 cup probably.

Mix up. Should be moist, but not too too moist...the fluffier the mix the better it will ball up and the lighter it will be, so it doesn't fall down your pop sticks, creating 'stripper' cake pops, as my friend Whitney called them.

I found it easier and less messy to refrigerate the mix before balling it up. roll them into ping pong size balls and stick them with a pop stick. set on wax paper. I made mine like golf balls....bad idea, the more weight they are the heavier they will be, and then you'll end up with stripper balls, lol....

Then throw them in the freezer...I left mine in overnight.

I then dipped them in WHITE ( I can't color this font or you won't see it, lol) almond bark, that I melted in the microwave, and dipped them in Blue sprinkles, ran out of the blue sprinkles so then i used red and mixed what was left of the blue in....

Red, White and Blue cake pops for the Fourth of July!

Some combo's that I think will be awesome, are German chocolate cake, and the pecan coconut frosting with chocolate almond bark and some chopped pecans...
Funfetti with white frosting with chocolate almond bark and sprinkles....
Strawberry cake with strawberry icing, and tinted pink white almond bark (or white chocolate candy melts that are pink, because i don't think you can add any liquid to the almond bark) and some dried strawberries...

the combos are endless, really....

If you try these, send me the pictures.....I want to see them!

And here a little boy who thought they were delicious:

My neighbor stole the rest of them while cleaning up, His wife told on him, she said he ate one every morning till about a week afterwards, lol....

Winter already?

That title is what my husband asked me when I showed him this manicure.
I used China Glaze Caribbean Blue as my base. It went on great, just like it should. China Glaze is my favorite brand! Its a very pretty blue, almost sea like, but it has this shimmer in it that is amazing. Its like a white/silver shimmer...so I guess with it being paired with what I paired it with, it looked wintery! I stamped a french tip design from Bundle Monster plate 10 using Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear White On. I still need lots of practice in my stamping technique, because it doesn't look very pretty....the whites on the nail look marbled or less color in some spots than other spots...and my placement wasn't perfect either...oh well, practice makes perfect I guess. I also added a butterfly to my thumbs.

an old water marble...

Good Evening, just a quick post from a water marble I did about a month ago. I don't remember the polishes I used, I kept trying and trying with a bunch of different ones. I still get all anal about water marbles because they are all different....OCD or something like that....

Mini Lady Bugs, and some other things...

Hey all. Went to the new house this weekend and hung more curtains and moved the kids beds over there also. I need to finish wiping down/out the cupboards in kitchen and then wipe down shelves in the closets....then it will be ready to be moved into completely without cleaning it at all....Yay!

One question though? How do you clean the wood/fake wood floors in the living room? I have a swiffer type mop with a cotton terry like pad on it and a thicker carpet looking pad on it.....but what cleaner do I use?
