15 Week Challenge......Part Two, Week Six

Halfway there people, Halfway there!

So this challenge I had to choose a favorite thing....well I couldn't, so instead i did a few of my favorite things...
I love cats...
I love the color blue...
I love roses...
I love flowers...
I love flowers... Again...

I used China Glaze Sexy Lady as a base, its pretty, its pink-not my favorite color, bright and fun. Its a creme polish, it went on nice and smooth.

On my thumb, I stamped a cat. I used Sinful Colors Black on Black and the Hello Kitty plate (M71) from the Born Pretty store. I then made cat paw prints with the same black polish and a dotting tool.

On my index, I just slopped some sparkly goodness from Revlon-Blue Mosaic. It is super pretty with lots of different sizes, and some green in there.

On my middle, I went with a purple rose....if you look close you can see the tiny sparkles from Orly Velvet Rope. Plate used was: BM14.

On my ring I used a Fimo flower decoration...

On my pinky I went with flowers again, and stamped Sinful Colors 24/7 on first using plate BM16, then used Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear's Lacey Lilac and plate BM12. Very Subtle and dainty.

Pretty.
What are your favorite things?

Birthday Party!!!!!!!

Hey there, long time no type? Yes, it has been awhile....I'm in the midst's of unpacking and being lazy around here....the move went well, stuff is generally unpackes, but I am still searching for some things.....

Going to my Best Freinds Daughters birthday party today, I asked the girls what they wanted me to do on my nails, the oldest, Leah, said she wanted purple with pink flowers, and Meghan said she wanted pink with pink hearts...so fun!

So thats what I did, I got out my stamping plates and went with it! I used SH XW lacey lilac for the purple, and then wet n wild 242 for the pink and various other pinks for the stamping...I also used some nail pens for the two letters just some cheap ones I found at big lots....if you want the specifics, just shoot me an email....I'm lazy right now, and this is a quick post before we head out.....

this is as true as I could capture that purple....stupid purples!
Hope the girls love them.....If I were closer to them, I would have done their nails! I got them some polish though, lol! Starting them off early, Your welcome Nancy! Love you!

Pink Wednesday...I lost count...

Good morning! This is a manicure that I wore a couple days ago....but its pink and today is pink Wednesday so this is where its going! I chose Finger Paints Give pink a Chance, from their new collection-summer something or another. It was a thick application like the Go Van Gogh from yesterdays post. It is a orangy pink when applied, not my favorite, but it was pretty,  wish I had remembered to snap a picture before I put Sinful Colors Frenzy on top of it. Frenzy is a pink/purple/silver glitter, slightly bigger than normal glitter polish ...its nice....

Pink Wednesday the III

How is everyone? It is overcasty here in Florida this afternoon with breakthrough sunny patches....and we are in full on love bug season one! Its horrible! Annoying! Messy! Gross! Pain in the butt!

I chose Misa's Party in the Masquerade for today's Pink Wednesday! It is VERY bright neon pink, with an orange undertone. Went on fantastic and smelt a little strong...

I topped it with Seche Vite, and it shrunk my Misa...it has been shrinking my polishes alot lately, I don't know if I am putting it on wrong or what, but I am getting slightly annoyed with it, you can see the shrinkage in the last two photos better...anyone have any tips for me?

NOTD: Tantalize me.....oh how I wish, lol....

So I wore China Glaze's Tantalize me. It was a very very very pretty color. It was almost Holographic! It was a purplie pink color and had some blue tones in it. It went on so well, nice and smooth. I loved it!
I wore it to Busch Gardens, and it looked so pretty in the sun! Please excuse my cuticles, I hate lotion and am still learning to apply it everyday or more, and so I have dry cuticles....sorry! :(

Pink Wednesday....again...

So Originally I thought I wasn't going to have time to do my nails, But I found time between vacuuming and dusting, lol.
So here is my FIRST Pink Wednesday Post.
I used my Elf that I got from Big Lots. Its a pretty color and it went on farely well, a little gooey, but manageable if you can do it fast...
It has a slight peachy undertone, which is nice...
I will wear it again.

NOTD: Dying Love...

From my big purchase I chose Misa's Dying Love. Its a nice rich, deep charcoal black! Goes on very smooth. This is my first Misa, and I love it!

In the morning I did a tape manicure, four squares....with China Glazes Sexy Lady. I wasn't thrilled with it at all.....I think the pink was very muted with this black, and I should have used a brighter pink or a differnt color all together...plus it shrunk after my Seche Vite top coat, so it showed the black underneath it....

I liked the black alone better than this....Oh well, Live and learn, right?

PS, tommorrow hopefully I will get up my stash photos!
PSS, You can click my pictures to enlarge them ;)

NOTD: Zoya-Roxy

OMG! I am in love! I saw this polish on Lyra's Blog (found Here). I fell in love then, and again when I recieved it in the mail from Ebay, and then again when I polished my nails with it! It really does look like jelly on your nails, you could almost lick it off! It has a deep pink -purplie -red tone to it, almost burgandy or magenta with silver glitter through out it (this glitter turns a pretty, shiny color inside this Roxy!) It is absolutely amazing....I think this will stay on my nails for awhile!

I overloaded with pictures, lol, you can click on them for a better view! When I stepped outside last night to snap these pictures My husband asked me what I was taking a picture of....I replied My Zoya!

I took these this morning.

I really am excited to have this polish! It went on very smoothly. This was three applications of the color plus a base coat. A Seche Vite top coat last night, and a regular top coat this am, after I cleaned it up a bit!
